Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D) says he is willing to start from Scratch on Health Care Bill

Rep. Emanuel Cleaver, a democrat from Missouri said that a revamping of the health care system is too important, to be passed on one parties vote.
He said he is willing to scrap the proposal, and start from scratch.
This goes against Obama's Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel who says he is ok with going it alone without any republican help.
Finally, a Democrat who is putting the best interest of all the American People, above the sake of one party.
