Well once again, our court system is going to be asked to interpret the constitution in light of today's seemingly more important political correctness and race sensitivities to determine if Hillary has legally been appointed as Secretary of State.

The 3 Judge Panel, has the unenviable task of deciding to do the right,proper, legal, and moral thing,  and make an unbiased decision of the constitutionality  of her appointment, or, to do the expected thing, and give Obama a call to find out his opinion.
