Barry's ObamaNation

As reported in Politico, Sen. John Ensign from Nevada, was given a note from Tom Barthold, who is the Chief of Staff of the Joint Committee on Taxation saying that the current health bill proposal stipulates that if a person chooses not to participate, and refuses to pay the Health Bill premium or fee that is mandated by the proposal, that individual may be fined up to $25,000.00 and become a guest of one of our fine correctional institutions for up to one year.

Now, how can Obama, not call this a Tax?

Stephanopoulos hit it right on the head when he schooled Obama on the definition of a tax.

Obama can call it what he wants, but if the Feds mandate you give them your money, under threat of penalties and incarceration, then that is a tax, which in turn, shoots down Obama's  promise to not increase the taxes on the middle class. 

Chalk up another lie from our misguided, overrated token community organizer.
