Obama’s criteria for a assigning someone to a judicial post has nothing to do with job qualifications, ability, sense of fairness, or even an ability to read. 

What is important, is getting the brother of the appointee to sign off on His Health Care Bill.

So if you ever happen to be in the  United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Utah, with Judge Scott M. Matheson, Jr. presiding, know that all he did to get his job, was to have the same parents as House Democrat Jim Matheson.

 I am not sure, that Obama's reputation  or standing in history, is going to be helped by this gambit.

You know, this sounds a lot like some of the qualifying requirements that affirmative action use to have.

Remember when it wasn’t your ability or skills that got you a job, but rather your skin color.

I guess he figures since it worked for him once, it can work for him again.

Obama is taking this country backward.

He truly needs to be removed from office.
